A couple of weeks ago, a reporter from the town where Molly was born called us and asked if she could write an article about the whole incident. We said yes. Today Joe came home with a copy of the article. It was interesting that she got some facts wrong in the article that she had correct when she was talking to me, but oh well, close enough I guess. She even got the name wrong. Here is a link if you are interested in reading it. I do think my post is much better though.
I remember hearing about the other girl as the staff prepared for her arrival. From what I remember overhearing while she was there, I am surprised that the hospital that she was transferred to released her, she seemed far enough along to be admitted. I could overhear the whole thing because we were in the same emergency room, only separated by about 4 feet and a cloth curtain. I told you it was a small hospital. There I was trying to finish up with the placenta and getting all ready to go by chopper to Reno and she was laying there listening in on me. Oh well.
We sure gave the staff a Christmas to remember.
